Understand the proof first
- Understand verification badges and Karma. Different signals certify different things, and a badge on a profile is not the same claim as a badge on a company.
- Read why experience verification can reset, be rejected, or be revoked so you know what an unverified or reset role actually means.
- Read trust signals and proof labels as the reference for every label you will see.
Find candidates
- Discover builders and understand open-to-work signals. The public builders feed is free and needs no plan.
- Search, filter, and browse ecosystem hubs when you are sourcing by ecosystem rather than by skill.
- Use Talent Portal to find and contact builders for the advanced filters. Talent Portal is part of a paid company plan, and you need to be an owner or admin acting as that company.
Set up the company side
- Create or claim a company hub and verify the company. Verifying is what lets you confirm the roles candidates claim at your company.
- Publish jobs, grants, bounties, hackathons, and accelerators from that hub so applicants can see who is hiring.
Make contact
- Start a conversation and manage message requests. Some builders set a message filter, so a first message may arrive as a request they accept.
