Your personal profile is your professional identity. A company hub represents an organization. They can be connected, but they are not interchangeable.

Use your personal profile for

  • Your experience, skills, portfolio, recommendations, and availability.
  • Following, messaging, reviews, and your individual proof page.

Use a company hub for

  • Official company details, team membership, products, activity, and listings.
  • Inviting people and managing organization-owned publishing.
Being shown as a company member does not automatically verify employment. A company-listed role and verified experience are separate signals with their own review steps.

Choose the posting identity

The account selected in the header is the identity you are currently using. Create pages show it again before submission so you can confirm whether the post will come from you or the company.

Keep identity clear

Your personal profile remains the record of your own work even when you manage a company. The company hub represents the organization and its public work. Publishing from the wrong context can confuse applicants, partners, and team members, so confirm the selected identity before every company action. When both surfaces are complete, visitors can move from the person to the organization and inspect the relationship instead of relying on a disconnected title.
