Company Activity gives owners and admins a shared timeline of visible workspace changes. Use it to understand what changed, identify the responsible teammate, and follow up without treating the timeline as an audit or analytics report.

Review the timeline

  1. Select the company you manage and open Company Hub → Activity.
  2. Scan recent team, role, listing, and company actions.
  3. Open the affected public item to confirm its current state.
  4. Contact the responsible teammate when an invitation, publication, verification, or correction needs follow-up.

Useful operating habits

  • Review Activity after a launch, hiring change, event campaign, or team update.
  • Resolve stale invitations and ownership questions promptly.
  • Check the public result instead of assuming that an internal action is already visible.
  • Use the dedicated workspace for talent search, project scouting, or ecosystem analysis; Activity is the coordination layer.
If the workspace is missing, confirm that the correct company is selected and that your role still grants access. A recent role change may require a refresh. Do not share internal candidate, applicant, or private company information in public listing fields. Activity is most useful when one teammate owns the follow-up and confirms the public outcome rather than leaving the event as an unresolved signal.
