# Create and manage a listing

> Prepare a listing, review it before submission, and keep it current afterward.

Each create form asks for different details, but the process is the same: choose who is posting, complete the form, check the preview, and submit.

## Create a listing

1. Select the correct account in the header.
2. Open Publish and choose the entity type.
3. Complete required fields and use official destination links.
4. Add only relevant companies, ecosystems, team members, dates, and media.
5. Review the preview and submit.

## After submission

The listing may publish immediately or enter the review state shown on the page. Owners and company admins can return to their workspace to update it or respond to requests.

## When saving fails

* Check required fields and date order.
* Remove broken links or media the form cannot accept.
* Confirm your selected account still has permission.
* Check your workspace before submitting again.

A useful listing answers: who it is for, what is offered, who is accountable, eligibility, timing, location or timezone, rewards or compensation, and the official next step. Preview it as a visitor and remove private contact lists, unpublished contracts, access credentials, or confidential application material.

After publishing, revisit the listing when its deadline, availability, destination, or accountable team changes. Close or update stale opportunities instead of leaving visitors to guess.
