You can add professional experience without verifying it. Verification means the company relationship, title, and dates were checked through one of dApp.ing's proof options. ## Add experience 1. Open your profile and go to **Experience**. 2. Add the title, company, employment type, location, start date, and end date or current-role status. 3. Link the existing dApp.ing company hub when the correct one is available. 4. Add a concise description and relevant skills, then save. ## Request company attestation If the linked company can review experience requests, send the request from the experience. A company owner or admin reviews the exact title and date claim. A company invite or workspace role by itself does not verify employment. ## Use work-email review If work-email verification is shown, confirm an address on the company’s domain. This proves access to the inbox; dApp.ing still checks whether it supports the role you added. ## What happens next The experience stays unverified or pending until the review finishes. Approval adds a proof label. If the request is rejected, the experience remains on your profile without verification. Strong experience entries describe the role you actually held, the dates, and the work a reviewer can connect to the company.
