# Plans and billing

> See which plan a company hub is on, start or change one, and read what no plan changes.

A company hub works on Dapping without a plan. A plan adds capabilities to it. What each plan
includes, and what it costs, is listed on the [pricing page](https://dapp.ing/pricing), which is
the only place those details are published.

## See which plan a hub is on

    Switch to the company in the account switcher. Plan details are visible to owners and admins,
    not to members.

    Go to **Company Hub → Settings → Plan**. The panel names the current plan and the capabilities
    it covers.

The panel is read only. Plan changes are arranged with the Dapping team.

## Start or change a plan

Open the [pricing page](https://dapp.ing/pricing), compare what each plan covers, and contact the
Dapping team from there. Plans are held by a company rather than by a person, so the capabilities
follow the hub and are available to whoever is an owner or admin of it at the time.

When a capability is not covered by your hub's plan, Dapping says so and shows a prompt in place of
the result. A search that did not run never looks like a search that found nothing.

## If a plan lapses

Access does not stop the moment a plan expires. Owners and admins are warned ahead of the date, and
there is a grace period after it.

If a plan ends for good, the hub, its listings, its team, and its verification all stay. You lose
the added capabilities, and nothing you published is taken down.

## What the Pro badge means

The Pro badge is the gold form of the verified badge, and it marks a company that holds a plan. It
also appears on the profile of a person whose current role at that company has been attested by the
company.

It is neither a higher level of verification nor an endorsement of the company or the person. For what the ordinary verified badge and Karma mean, see

## What no plan changes

Verification is earned with proof of identity and costs nothing. Karma is earned by the person who
holds it. Organic rank in search, in directories, and in any ranked view is computed from the
evidence, and no plan moves it. Reviews cannot be removed, edited, or hidden by the company they
